Your path to AI application

Step 1 - Approx. 2 weeks

Design Sprint

We develop your vision of the AI-supported application together with you as part of a design sprint. We then analyze the processes in your company with you as part of a thorough assessment. This results in concrete work packages that we take from the first prototype to the finished AI product. Design sprints take place remotely or on-site at your location as part of a joint workshop.
Step 3 - Approx. 2-3 weeks

Implementation & Stabilization

The finished AI-supported application is installed on your infrastructure and put into operation. We store all employees with access in our monitoring and administration platform NESO and train them on how to use the platform. In real operation, the key figures are further optimized and, if necessary, the AI ​​models are retrained to achieve the best possible result.
Step 2 - Approx. 6 weeks

Agile Development & Training

We develop the AI-supported application individually for you as part of an agile approach. We work in close cooperation with the customer and report on progress on a weekly basis. As part of an initial PoC (Proof of Concept), the key figures for the success of the application are checked. We only call the PoC successful when all of the key figures defined by the customer are achieved.
Step 4 - 48h SLA agreement

24/7 maintenance

If interfaces in your company change or sources for the model are replaced, you are well prepared with our 24/7 maintenance. We are your contact if something is not working as expected and we will help you to resolve the cause. Benefit from all updates to our platform at no additional cost.
